This is designed as a way to demonstrate addition . The instructions for playing are:

• Enter the highest number to be used as addends. For example a 4 will create the question with a maximum of 4 + 4.
• Click the "Question button" to randomly generate smileys in the upper rectangles and display the number in each rectangle
• Click the "Answer" button which will move the smileys to the bottom rectangle and display the answer
• Click the "Try again" button to repeat.
